Answer:

The angles are 65° and 115°

Step-by-step explanation:

Let

x,y ----> the two side interior angles of two parallel lines

we know that

x+y=180° ----> equation A

x-y=50° ----> equation B

Adds equation A and equation B

x+x=180°-50°

2x=130°

x=65°

Find the value of y

x+y=180° -----> 65°+y=180° ----> y=180°-65°=115°

therefore

The angles are 65° and 115°

11Alexandr11 [23.1K]

Alright, lets get started.

Numbers of visitors on Monday = 400

Numbers of visitors on Tuesday = 780

So, percentage change = \frac{780-400}{400}*100

So, percentage change  = \frac{380}{400} *100

So, percentage change = 95 %    :    Answer

If same estimated percentage increase on next day also, means on Wednesday, the number of visitor will be = 780+ 780*95%

So,number of visitors on Wednesday = 780 + 741

Number of visitors on Wednesday = 1521     :    Answer

Edna is fishing from a small boat. A fish swimming at the same depth as the hook at the end of her fishing line is 12 feet away
sergeinik [125]

Answer:

  16 feet

Step-by-step explanation:

The geometry of the problem can be modeled by a right triangle. The Pythagorean theorem tells us the relationship between the various distances.

  EH² +HF² = EF²

  EH² + 12² = 20²

  EH² = 400 -144

  EH = √256 = 16

The hook is 16 feet below Edna.

Helen [10]

Answer:

x = 11

Step-by-step explanation:

Median = The middle value of the set

There are 8 data values in the data set. You can split it up by 2 in order to get 4 and 4. There are two middle numbers that make up the median

3 4 7 9 x 12 14 18

We know that in order to find the median, we have to divide the two numbers by 2. If the median is 10, 10 by 2 equals 20. 9 plus 11 equals 20,

3 4 7 9 11 12 14 18

x = 11

Dahasolnce [82]
Hey You!

To find the area, you must multiply the dimensions together:

3.05 × 3.658 = 11.1569

So, you need 11.1569 square meters of plastic to cover the entire floor.
