Ray Kroc and Walt Disney are similar to each other in that they both considered themselves as socialists. Both demonstrated hard work and self-reliance. Also both worked and developed clever marketing strategies on their own fields to serve the public particulary children. These two men were born in Illinois but moved to Southern California after the war. Ray Kroc didn't come from a wealthy family as he had lots of careers before paving his way to success and wealth.
