Explanation:

During transcription, the template strand of DNA is read by the enzyme known as DNA polymerase, and used to generate a complimentary strand known as messenger RNA (mRNA), the mRNA then undergo translation as its base pairs are converted into amino acid. These amino acids are joined together in a sequence of polypeptide chain by the help of transfer RNA (tRNA).

Simply put, DNA makes RNA, and RNA makes protein.

I think some factors that influence rabbit reproduction is enough food, healthy rabbits, lots and lots of space for them to populate, and very little predators. This should help I'm not exactly sure what you are looking for though sorry. :^)
