Ok i will do the first one and follow the same pattern for the rest

all of these are IR verbs- so you drop the ir and add something different depending if its yo, nosotros, tu, (etc.)

yo- o
tu- es 
ella/el/ud.- e
nosotros- imos
ellas/ellos/uds./ - en

so for the first one the conjugation for yo would be "describrio"
