The statement that would provide a possible rebuttal to this Michelle Obama's comment in a speech at the PHA Building a Healthier Future Summit is the second one:

"But as it turns out, one of the most important things we can do for our children's health is to take care of our own health-and to make being healthy truly a family affair".
It is true that in order to make our children's health better, we sacrifice our own health sometimes, the thing is that we don't realize that example is the most productive way to transmit healthy values. Sometimes it is not so effective what we say as it is what we do. We are our children's guides, the nearest model they have, so it is more effective to show them how important it is to have healthy habits by having them ourselves.
Thinking ahead allowed builders to construct the Empire State Building very quickly. Every day, workers were given instructions that showed what had to be done and where each delivery needed to go. Individual materials were marked to make sure they went to the right place in the building.
