Answer and Explanation:

Juvenile delinquency is the most common form of delinquency in the United States and it has been suggested that, among many factors, it is linked to external ones. Moreover, it has numerous negative consequences on the adult life of the individual.

If I got arrested as a juvenile, my life would be extremely different as an adult. First and foremost, it would result in a reduction of both academic and professional opportunities.

Having a criminal record is one of the most common restrictions when looking for a stable job. The same applies when considering studies at a good university. Therefore, I would have a significant reduction of options in regard to companies and universities. This could lead affect me negatively as the lack of economic stability could also lead me to commit other crime (as robbery in a desperate situation) and to an absence of mental health stability.

That is to say, both my behavior and mental health would also be affected due the situations that I could have experienced, for example the experiences I had if I spent time in jail, to the relationships that were affected during and after the arrest. As an adult, I could regret this situation because it probably resulted in disappointment from members of my family and friends. Certainly, there are many cases in which a person can reconnect to family members but it is indeed a difficult situation that would change the lives of all of the surrounding individuals.

Also, few but some countries do not allow people to enter if they have committed some types of crimes. This would lead to frustration if I have a desire to travel or if my work involves travelling.

Therefore, my professional, academic, and personal life would have been completely different and an arrest could lead to negative impacts in my life as an adult.
