<span>The Supreme Court
helped wear down the freedom of African-Americans after the civil war because
it didn't announce many of the laws that were intended to harass
African-Americans as unlawful. It even supported separation when it confirmed
that the doctrine of separate but equal was a constitutional right.</span>
It would be that they provide ritual obligations that need to be followed.
If only one company provides a service it can monopolize that sector and cause price gouging. If several companies provide a service and those companies must be competitive with each other to attract business/customers.
Limited government
A limited government is one whose legalized force and power is restricted through delegated and enumerated authorities and principles of the constitution. The United States is an example of such government as the state’s actions are limited by the constitution.
