The difference between the three styles of communication is that being a passive communicator is being passive or in other words not being able to express one’s feelings, opinions or one’s self to other people, while assertiveness, shows the respect for one another. Assertiveness enables a person to successfully communicate with each other with respect and being able to talk and to express one’s feelings towards other individuals without disrespecting him or her. Lastly, aggressive communication refers to the aggressiveness of an individual to boast around and use their power to communicate to others, ordering others.

There are three main phases that each person that's going through this condition needs to pass: 1. Regaining the weight that's been lost due to diets and vomiting 2. Focus must be on mental health 3. Reaching the full recovery, both with medicaments, session and support from the people we love

Bulimia Nervosa -- ideas and strategies: when it comes to a person that is dealing with those issues, it's important to take them seriously, not laugh at them and think they're pretending. Many young girls are suffering more and more from bulimia as they're self-image is destroyed by numerous fashion trends and bloggers. In order to work on a problem, a professional help is much needed. Girls should be aware that it is a serious condition and it brings along many risk factors. Also, it's very important to see the symptoms and risk factors so the problem can be cut from the root. Maintaining a healthy eating can be hard, both for people suffering from bulimia and those who are not, but it's a crucial step in both preventing it or curing it. People should have tolerance and understanding toward a person who's going through this delicate state and pressure that school or work, even social life brings, should be lowered to the minimum.

Binge eating -- ideas and strategies: this type of activity wasn't considered a disorder until recently. Almost 2% of the population is dealing with it and it can cause other problems in our health when it comes to high cholesterol and diabetes. It is a mental disorder because binge eating has nothing to do with actual food, but finding comfort and running away from our problems and life with help of it. When it comes to symptoms, it's important to recognize them and react fact so the issue does not belong severe. Some of them are: fast eating, eating until feeling sick, eating alone because feelings of shame, guilt and embarrassment are present.
