The difference between the three styles of communication is
that being a passive communicator is being passive or in other words not being
able to express one’s feelings, opinions or one’s self to other people, while
assertiveness, shows the respect for one another. Assertiveness enables a
person to successfully communicate with each other with respect and being able
to talk and to express one’s feelings towards other individuals without
disrespecting him or her. Lastly, aggressive communication refers to the aggressiveness
of an individual to boast around and use their power to communicate to others,
ordering others.
