I believe in 1935, Kindergarten became mandatory and the law sated that children had to be in enrolled  school by age 6.

A Human Rights means to me is that we have rights to do stuff. The bill of rights comes to mind in the first bill it says we have the right of freedom of press, freedom of speech, and of religion, and the government can't take that away. If you look up the term Human rights in the dictionary it says "a right that is believed to belong justifiably to every person.<span>" so it mean it's something that belongs to you.</span>
