Why is a good transportation system needed for the growth of Industry
nikdorinn [45]
If you cant move goods from one Place to another you cant trade, which means you cant bye or sell anything.
If the system ist bad, it Takes longer and costs more to Transport goods which is Bad because of the competition in the (world's)marcet(you shouldnt be too slowly and the prices very cheap)

When did Serbia and Montenegro split? And what, exactly, is Kosovo? Thank you.
monitta
Serbia and Montenegro spit definitely in 2006, although the country was before called "Serbia and Montenegro", and there were clear boundaries between the territories.

Kosovo is, depending on the point of view, a independent country in the Balkans, with an Albanian population, or a part of Serbia.

The thing is that Serbia has no de facto power over Kosovo, and Kosovo is de facto independent, but on the international stage not every country recognizes Kosovo as an independent country.

In his landmark book presidential power: the politics of leadership, neustadt argued that the presidents most fundamental power
oee [108]
The president's most fundamental power is the power to persuade. If they didn't have it, they wouldn't be presidents for starters. If they're good at it, they will also persuade the people and the congress to pass pieces of legislature that was created during the term of that president.
