How do flowers and hummingbirds benefit each other

English

Well that's quite simple my dear. Let me ask you a question: Have you ever seen a hummingbird with their long beak in a flower? Well that's because the hummingbird was eating from the flower! Flowers produce a sweet liquid called nectar. This is a hummingbird's food. Okay so now you know what the flower does for the hummingbird. But what does the hummingbird do? Well have you ever wondered how flowers seem to have offspring that grow even though they can't move? Well you see, when the hummingbird drinks from the flower, the plant releases small seeds onto the tiny bird. Some of these seeds cling onto the bird's feathers. These seeds move around with the bird. Eventually the seeds become detached from the hummingbird and fall onto the ground. They then get buried into the soil, begin to grow, and the process starts all over again! So to summarize what I just said, the flower helps the hummingbird by providing it food, and the hummingbird helps the flower by carrying its seeds around, helping it to reproduce. I hope this helped! Oh and by the way, if you could post questions like these in the Science section instead of the English section I'd really appreciate it!

Learning patience and humility is which part of odysseus's epic journey?
Molodets [167]
C) His transformation. When Odysseus finally returns home, he discovers there are multiple suitors who are taking advantage of his home in an effort to wed his wife Penelope who slowly becomes skeptical of Odysseus's survival. If Odysseus rushes in immediately, he would be killed by the large number of suitors. In order to win the upper hand, he disguises himself as an old man in order to calculate and plan out how to get rid of the suitors and reveal his true self to his wife. This involved great patience and humility, as being an elder man of a lowly status gave him a sense of humiliation from the treatment of those around him.

“Ode to the west wind” ends with a tone of…
Mice21 [21]

Answer: The tone of "Ode to the West Wind" is somber contemplation. The poem addresses the question of what the role of the poet is in enacting.

Explanation: In the last two sections, the poet speaks directly to the wind, asking for its power, to lift him up and make him its companion in its wanderings. The poem ends with an optimistic note which is that if winter days are here then spring is not very far.
