Answer:

A deviant can be described as a person whose behavior is far different from those of the society's norms.

Thus, in few societies and in few cultures, this could appear to vary or isn't a regular or general occurrence in the society, and in such instances, Miguel could be termed as a deviant- irrespective of the reality that he wasn't noticed by anyone. Due to the fact that society is undergoing some developmental changes with more people being inclined to take in other individual's opinions and the way they decided to portray themselves as, Miguel can be seen in the same vein as everyone else. Therefore, he may NOT be viewed as a deviant.

Thus, it mainly in total relies on society and culture and community and so forth.
