The missionaries of charity became defunct after mother teresa's passing. true false
Reika [66]
False. The missionaries of charity is still active up to this point. Though in 1990 due to declining health, Mother Teresa asked to resign as head of the missionaries, only to be voted back in as Superior General; and six months before her death, on March 13, she was eventually replaced by Sister Mary Nirmala Joshi, to be succeeded by Sister Mary Prema during a meeting held on 2009.
The heads of this missionary have changed, but it never became defunct during her death.

Hope this answer helps.

All of these were Mier y Teran's recommendations except *
alexgriva [62]

Answer:

End slavery.

Explanation:

Mier y Teran was a commander in Mexican War of Independence. When Mexican government sent him to look and investigate the situation in Texas, he outlined several recommendations to the Commission. In his report he strongly recommended that measures should be taken to avoid the US's interference in Texas. To do so, he suggested that more militray bases should be established near settlements, closer trade ties between Texas and Mexico, and encourage more Mexican and European settlers.

Therefore, the recommendation that Teran didn't suggested was to abolish slavery. Though, when the report was sent to Mexican Government, the Law of April 6, 1830 was established which included prohibition of slavery as well.

Therefore, the correct answer is option B.

Evolutionary psychologists would most likely explain females' greater emphasis on potential mates' economic resources by suggest
tia_tia [17]

I believe the answer is: increases resources available for their children.

This could even be seen in modern day mate selection. When you observe it, you would notice that men with 'high power/influence' tend to have the largest option in term of selection. This happen because high power/influence is usually correlated with ability to obtain large amount of resource (wealth/connections)
