B. Metaphor

It's a metaphor because it doesn't have like or as which means its not a simile. There is no rhyme in it so you can eliminate that answer and there is no repetition so using process of elimination you will find that the answer is: B-Metaphor

                          Frozen Daggers

She wore an angered expression paired with blue eyes sharp as frozen daggers.

Not worried about piercing you,

but rather how much you'd bleed.

Daggers that killed countless lives on a cold winter day.

Daggers that have been cleaned of blood by simply dipping them in the snow.

Making the knife as cold as the heart of the person who used it.

Daggers that killed ones it loved and cherished.

Daggers that show no mercy.

Daggers that stained the clean snow red that winter's evening.

Though the dagger wasn't kind, the winter day was.

Children played in the white flakes.

People built innocent snowmen.

Along with that they also built bonds and memories.

They built things they loved and not too soon after, lost.

Everyone played in the snow and built bonds no matter how different they were.

The winter day brought them together with to intention of taking them apart.

The winter loved them.

The winter thrived off of their happiness.

Joy was its source of life.

This is why her daggers are frozen.

She is the kindest soul to exist.

Yet she is not to be underestimated or you might just end up cut.
