Your task is to create the text for a short speech that you, as the head of this business, would give to your employees to let t

hem know what you have decided to do with the business. You may choose to (a) keep the business a sole proprietorship, (b) change it into a partnership, or (c) change it into a corporation (which we call “incorporating” the business). For the purposes of this project, you are welcome to decide what kind of product or service your business offers, but that is not required. It may just make it easier to decide what type of business structure would work best for the business you are running for this project. In your speech, you must do each of the following (in any order): • Announce what type of business structure your business will have (sole proprietorship, partnership, or corporation). • Explain the advantages that led you to choose this type of business structure. (For full credit, you need to accurately address multiple advantages, not just one.) • Explain the disadvantages that led you to decide against each of the other two options that you did not choose. (For full credit, you need to accurately address multiple disadvantages for both discarded options.)

Dear employees, in view of the economic success that we have seen this year through the increased demand for our products, I would like to announce very promising changes in our company.

In order to produce more and more and be a potential in the hospital products market, we will become a corporation, where we will incorporate our business with smaller companies on all continents. This is a great advantage for us, as we will be more competitive, generate more products and be able to produce everywhere on the planet. With disadvantages, our responsibilities will increase, as will our work and effort, but we will be rebuilt in an equivalent way and will experience great growth in our lives.

Why was Hammurabi’s empire important to people even today? What was his most important achievement?
ruslelena [56]

Answer: Because of the laws he drafted.

Explanation:

Around 1771, BC Hammurabi issued a set of laws to settle certain legal issues in his country. The reflection of these laws is evident even today. Through Judaism, it is reflected in the laws that are the product of Hammurabi's laws. Elements of Hammurabi's law were also recorded through other monotheistic religions. In particular, these details relate to the social position of women. Today, in rigid patriarchal societies where state laws are imbued with religious ones, it is possible to recognize elements of one of the oldest written laws in the world. Such a situation is mainly present in undemocratic societies such as Saudi Arabia, North Korea, Afghanistan, and similar countries. Hammurabi's law placed women in a subordinate position, and it is women in these states who are unequal with men.
