The touch ethics is not about a factually a touch but in the commercial world, it's like the way a business shows the aid it offers to clients. 

 

Influences such as listening considerately to a worry and given that appropriate explanations to that client are some of the most important touch ethics.

The improvement in such things like medicine have allowed for civilians to to have healthier children. But at this rate, and the way humans treat the planet, we may be limited to our resources. This will cause a vast majority of conflict between people and the government. It may come down to the point where humans will have to be limited to only a curtain amount of children making people unhappy.
