Probably the last one. It's the least realistic way to make your body healthy. If you are going to do exercise and make yourself healthy, friends would be helpful in that process and exercising is definitely a good way to be healthy.

Basketball is very rough and I know because I have played for 7 years. We should have more protection on our legs and maybe our arms because we do fall a lot and have to defend which gets very physical. I mean some do where knew guards but I think it should be a requirement

I believe soccer is an aerobic exercise because your very reliant on air constantly jogging and sprinting. while anaerobic is a short lasting high intensity exercise not really reliant on oxygen.  <span />
