His tone were filed with sense of  compassion , hope and strength. He sounded  with   hope and belief that their is great power in  the ability of the United state when acted in unison  to produce a collective effort.He expressed these  opinions and believe  with a lot of rhetoric:parallelism, repetition  and  pathos  These, collectively  with the tome, made made his speech  a  persuasive and memorable one.
