The green section is good for the senior citizens only and out of bounde for children. It could give them a chance to relax and fun outdoors with other senior citizens. Engaging and learning about the world around them.

If it's out of bounds for children then they might find ways to mess it up. Doing so it can ruin the enjoyment for senior citizens to relax and have fun outdoors. Besides when kids aren't around the senior citizens would feel much safer.

Overall, we can conclude that there are some advantages and disadvantages of the proposal. Whatever you think rather the green section should be strictly for senior citizens or not. There's always a reason for both sides.
