Answer:

are released when a gram-negative cells lyses.

May cause septic shock.

are synthesized and exported from the cell during the initial stages of infection.

Explanation:

Endotoxins are liposacharides and toxic substances found in the outer membrane of gram negative bacteria. They are toxins produced within the cell of bacteria. These toxins are released when the bacteria ruptures or disintegrates. This can happen as a result of the immune system or antibiotics attack the bacteria and break down their cell walls. It causes inflammation and shock.

It can cause uneccessary proapoptotic in immune system during during sepsis resulting in damage to immune system which cause septic shock.

How might a single base substitution in the sequence of a gene affect the amino acid sequence of a protein encoded by the gene,
vovangra [49]
The effect differs. It could produce a different amino acid in the sequence because the corresponding codon has changed. It could also prevent the production of the originally intended sequence by changing one of the amino acids of a "start" codon (aka AUG) or extend the protein's sequence by modifying a "stop" codon (UAA, UAG, UGA or UGG), producing a new protein that might be useless or have different effects on the cell.

As solar energy interacts with carbon dioxide, water vapor, and several other gases in the troposphere, it warms the troposphere
Veronika [31]

As solar energy interacts with carbon dioxide, water vapor, and several other gases in the troposphere, it warms the troposphere process known as the Green house effect.

  • Troposphere is the lower most part of the earth's atmosphere comprises of Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon, Carbon dioxide and Water vapour.
  • Carbondioxide, water vapour and other gases like methane are concentrated highly in the Trophosphere due to some human activities (Industrial revolution).
  • Such excess Green house gases forms a shield layer which retains the heat by trapping the long wave radiation of solar energy in troposphere. As a result, global warming and abnormal weather conditions occurs in the planet.

What process or event was required for plate tectonics to begin on earth ?
tatuchka [14]

Older oceanic crust, which is more dense than continental crust, has long since been recycled in the process of subduction. Credit: U.S. Geological Survey. Plate tectonics shapes the surface of our planet, but it also runs much deeper: Plate movement is the surface expression of convection in Earth's interior.
