I know fish oil is good for a diet because it helps your skin and joint and for some reason it also helps with your weight. And most oils in a diet are suppose to good for you for many purposes. Like for you hair, skin, nails, and joints. Also when you are on a diet sometimes you need the extra oils to stay healthy.
