Providing a single formatting style allows (1) consistency in both formatting and handling of research, (2) a familiar structure to unify all authors in a given discipline, (3) standardized cues that allow authors and readers to follow ideas and locate information, (4) a concentration on ideas instead of a distraction of having to decipher formatting, and (5) established credibility for an author.

The two most popular citation styles are MLA (Modern Language Association) and APA (American Psychological Association).

Citation is unnecessary for familiar proverbs, well-known quotations, and common knowledge.

 • There are many reasons to provide a single formatting style in a research project. First, choosing a single style allows the reader to follow a text easily. This also allows him to locate the necessary information in an efficient way. Finally, this also helps the writer appear more credible and professional.
 • Modern Language Association (MLA) and American Psychological Association (APA) are the two most popular citation styles.
 • Although citing your sources is very important, it is not always necessary. It is unnecessary to provide citations when talking about very famous and well-known proverbs or quotations. It is also unnecessary when you are talking about facts that are common knowledge.

Scientific discoveries have made life easier but insecure justify the statement
aliina [53]

Scientific discoveries allow several problems that threatened and even hindered our lives to be solved. This can be seen by the development of disease treatment, better forms of mobility, better forms of communication, greater access to entertainment, among other technologies that we can say that make our lives easy, increase our quality of life and allow maintenance of our life is more efficient.

However, scientific advancement promotes the strong exploitation of natural resources, which causes degradation of those resources that are essential for our existence. With degeneration increasingly efficient, we do not know what our lives will be like in the future, but we know it will be insecure because we cannot fight against the force of environmental imbalance.

Gekata [30.6K]

Answer:

that one must not be affected by the winter but be a part of it and enjoy it.

Explanation:

"The Snow Man" poem is written by Wallace Stevens first published in 1921.

The title of the poem is ambiguous. The word "ambiguous" means to have more than one meaning of something. The word "snowman" does not appear in the poem but its meaning can be defined either as someone it talks about the snowman or a man-made of snow.

The opening line of the poem "one must have a mind of winter" can be interpreted as one that must not be affected or be prejudiced about the winter season. One must not judge the winter season as harsh. One can enjoy the wild wind of winters only if one has a mind of winter.
