Árt is something a person creates out of their creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power. Namely anything can be art if a person considers it to be art. So yes, graphic design is considered art in my opinion.
Well i would say start off by listening to pop music and reading the lyrics on it and the rhythms of the beats on sound then just paint what you feel all of the words beats and sound you think it all looks like
