How have LGBTQ issues changed in the last 30 years? Do LGBTQ people still face issues/problems today? Why or why not?

they're only issue is that they are stupid and ignorant they want equality but the cant take a punch they want equality but they're the best gender  hypocrites just a whole bunch of hypocrites

They face mental health issues because they dont know what they are..... So when the doctor asks what their gender is, they say pony and we dont have pony blood because that isnt even relevant.... its either female or male :)
