Fluid borders make running a business in the EU so much easier becasue of the lack of stringent border contols.

This is of course a somewhat subjective question, but most would agree that the steam engine was indeed the greatest invention of this age, since it revolutionized travel and transport--making it much cheaper and more efficient to transport goods and people.

It’s the last one I believe. Even though China kept on switching emperors the emperors still had power but in japan it got real bad that the shogun had to take over but he still let the emperor be emperor. Just without power.
