The answer is B: can’t bear listening to Hamlet because she knows he’s right.

Gertrude is Hamlet´s mother who, after the death of her husband, Hamlet´s father, married Claudius in haste raising suspicions on Hamlet as to whether she conspired with Claudius to have his father killed. Even though the latter is not fully demonstrated in the play, her guilt does eat away at her as Hamlet finally confronts her and we see that she can´t bear his words because they are true.

Which line from "Lather and Nothing Else." best reveals internal conflict
Usimov [2.4K]
In any internal conflict, there is always a problem from which a struggle stems. From the beginning of the story, the barber’s problem is evident when Captain Torres enters his shop. When Torres takes a seat, the barber estimates he has a four-day growth of beard and takes note that it was the four days Torres was on a foray against his fellow revolutionaries. At this point it is clear that two opposing political parties exist. The barber’s problem now is that he has an enemy in his shop with the ability to send him to his death if he so much as suspects the barber of ill intentions.

Which three factors contributed to the United States transforming from an ally of the Soviet Union in World War II into a rival
Doss [256]

The factors that made the US and USSR allies in WWII and enemies in the cold war were the existence of nuclear weapons, the ability to be a military power, and the political and economic influence they had.

How were the US and the USSR similar?

 • Both countries had great power and influence.
 • Both had nuclear bombs and a large, well-equipped army.
 • This made the two become military powers and had a great capacity for destruction.
 • This title of power made these countries very influential in politics and the global economy, influencing other countries.

Despite these similarities, the differences between the two countries were huge, which spurred them to become enemies during the cold war and fight for the power of global influence.
