<span>This is because the radius is equal to 1/2 the diameter and the perimeter of a semicircle is radius*pi. The 2 19's come from the rectangle part of the garden and the other 29 comes from the side opposite the semicircle. </span>

<span>You simply switch the 19 and 29 values.</span>
