Which one of these is most likely a fictional text
Marrrta [24]

Answer: The Answer is A a fairy tale

Explanation:

Out of these options only a fairy tale is fictional, the cooking recipe is a step by step text, a dictionary entry tells the definition to a word and a newspaper article tells the news like important events happening near you.

A fairy tale is a story usually with a magic and some non human characters, and that is fiction.

APEX LEARNING QUESTION
Nadusha1986 [10]

The right answer is:

The aspect of this passage which most creates suspense in the reader?

A. The use of figurative language

Explanation:

In order for suspense to work in The Tell-Tale Heart by Allan Poe, this story needs figurative language. The vulture eye which terrifies and haunts the narrator builds suspense until it comes to a conclusion.

“It was open --wide, wide open --and I grew furious as I gazed upon it. I saw it with perfect distinctness, all a dull blue, with a hideous veil over it that chilled the very marrow in my bones...

but I could see nothing else of the old man's face or person: for I had directed the ray as if by instinct, precisely upon the spot.”

This language is giving little away to tease the reader. Edgar Allan Poe uses figurative language to develop an inventive story that averts a certain outcome with lots of suspense.
