(90 POINTS FOR ANSWERING IF YOU DON'T ANSWER CORRECT I WILL REPORT THE ANSWER) One day, you are selected to be interviewed to wo

rk at the National Security Agency at Las Vegas. You are taken to the an office, and seated. The interviewer takes out a box filled with wires; 66 to be exact. He then shows you a single wire, and there is a clip on both ends. He then randomly reaches into the box of wires, and takes out a single clip, which is attached to a wire. He randomly reaches in again and takes out another clip, which too is attached to a wire. He then attaches both clips to each other, so that both wires are combined. He repeats this until there are no more free clips.
The interviewer then asks you to predict the number of loops of wire created by this. What is your estimate?

Alright, I'm assuming that there was only one wire that had clips on both ends, and every other wire has one clip. If this is the case, then the number of loops made with the wires can range from 1 to 33. You could use every wire to make one big loop or use 2 wires for one loop, making 33 loops using every wire.
