Why was the Electoral College created?
ki77a [65]

The Electoral College is a process, not a place. The founding fathers established it in the Constitution as a compromise between election of the President by a vote in Congress and election of the President by a popular vote of qualified citizens. Hope this helps :) just in case and I didn't put a answer choice.. I put a better thing of writing it out.

What was the main reason behind the passing of the US Bill of Rights?
Alexxandr [17]

Answer:

C

Explanation:

The first option is just outright not correct and makes NO sense

The bill of rights WOULD NOT prevent a civil war what so ever

D makes NO SENSE since the founding fathers modeled the Goverment to not have a king to begin with, the fought a war partially due to a King.

Leaving us with C, the bill of rights would set a line on where the Goverment could not touch the basic freedoms the Americans fought for in the Revoultionary War.
