Answer: Its not appropriate to call the same day, probably the next day you can call, if they don't respond because that person could have been working the whole day and have not got a chance to read or see your email.

Answer:

It depends. (OPINION)

Explanation:

If this is an important email, and it REALLY had to be sent the day of, then yes, it may be appropriate to call the day of. However, if you procrastinated until the last day and are really worried; well; that's your fault. At least wait a day and give the receiver some time to process; they could be really busy. At least that's how I view it.

Name the different types of constructors that a designer can provide in a class. Provide an example with a class showing many co
Marrrta [24]
By default, if you do not implement a constructor, the compiler will use an empty constructor (no parameters and no code). The following code will create an instance of the MyObject class using the default constructor. The object will have the default vauesfor all the attributes since no parameters were given.

MyObject obj = new MyObject();

Another type of constructor is one with no parameters (no-arg constructor). It is similar to the default, except you actually create this constructor. The contents of the the constructor may include anything. To call a no-arg constructor, use the same line of code as above. The constructor can look like the one below:

public MyObject() {
System.out.println("This is a no-arg constructor");
}

Lastly there is the parameterized constructor. This type of constructor takes in parameters as inputs to assign to values in the newly created object. You call a parameterized constructor as follows:

MyObject obj = new MyObject("Bob", 20);

The constructor will look like this:

public MyObject(String name, int age) {
this.name = name;
this.age = age;
}

In the constructor, the keyword "this" refers to the object, so this.name is a private global variable that is being set equal to the inputted value for name, in this case "Bob".

Hope this helps!

Which strategies for effective presentations is Ian using in his opening? Check all that apply.
Fofino [41]

Answer:

A. using a hook in his opening

B.  detailing the speech’s objectives

E. letting his audience know what to expect

Explanation:

Opening his speech using a quotation is a strategy of using a narrative hook, or simply hook, by Ian. Giving a grand and enticing opening is what makes an audience to pay attention and listen to what the speaker has to say in his speech. So, first strategy used by Ian is using a hook in his opening.

Another strategy used by Ian is giving objective details of his speech. By outlining what he will be covering in his speech, Ian is letting his audience know what to expect from the speaker and his speech, and also gave details of his speech.

So, option A, B, and E are correct.

Get user input as a boolean and store it in the variable tallEnough. Also, get user input as a boolean and store it in the varia
frozen [14]

Answer:

I will code in JAVA.

import java.util.Scanner;

public class Main {

public static void main(String[] args) {

boolean tallEnough;

boolean oldEnough;

Scanner input = new Scanner(System.in);

tallEnough = input.nextBoolean();<em> //wait the input for tallEnough</em>

oldEnough = input.nextBoolean(); <em>//wait the input for OldEnough</em>

   if(tallEnough && oldEnough){

   System.out.print(true);

   } else {

   System.out.print(false);

   }

}

}

Explanation:

First, to accept user inputs you have to import the class Scanner. Then declare both variables before allowing the user to set input values for both boolean variables.

In the if-else statement checks if both variables are true, then prints true. Another case prints always false.
