Answer:

I had been suicidal about a month earlier last year. It was almost right after my Birthday. Dont get me wrong I love life it was just like riding upstream. All day I couldn't be able to think or do anything. it was like being under a waterfall of depression. there was nothing to do except keep drowning deeper and deeper. I felt I couldn't tell anyone and to this day I haven't. I had many confrontations with wanting death to just consume me. I would just want to cry until my lungs gave out. I wouldn't do work and had pretty low grades because all wanted to do was sleep and cry it all away. Nothing could help me though I'd hold a smile on my face but I just couldn't help from breaking down as soon as I got the chance. I had people tell me " why do you act like you life is so sad?" Yet, they knew nothing about what was happening. Sure I had no good reason to be sad but can you climb yourself out of a hole you dug yourself into. I felt that there was almost nothing to do. I would stare at those pills. They were the bridge between me and happiness. Now through time and changing my lifestyle and thought I can say I am happy to be alive today. Though I do get down it is never near as bad. This isn't even a grain of rice into the situation but am able to be hear and see the things I am glad to see because I am alive. Looking back is painful and hard but I am so glad j did not take a pill more because I wouldn't be writing this and enjoying the pleasures of life. I just hope people going through this now can see this and know when people say it gets better they mean it! It's not just something to make you look over the clouds to see a rainbow. It is true and I'm so glad I saw it!
