Answer: Is a criminal theory marked by the idea that criminal and criminal actions are socially constructed from the legal definition and actions of official social control and respect for misuse behavior.

Crime is not an inherent property of a subject, but a "label" attributed to certain individuals that society understands as delinquent. In other words, deviant behavior is that labeled as such. It is about how society classify people.

Making laws for a treatment and a better regulation of people can help.
