What is the rule for dividing by fractions. Please need help

 Change the division sign to multiplication and invert the fraction to the right of the sign. Multiply the numerators and the denominators, but leave them in factored form. Factor the numerator and denominator and look for the fraction in the mix that has a value of 1.

KCF keep change flip if its 4/5 / 2/6 you keep the first fraction which is 4/5 then you change the divide sign to multiply and then you flip the 2/6 so now it is 2/6 so now your problem is 4/5 x 6/2
