He tried to talk Charlotte out of California because he knew California is overpopulated and a bad state. The state is flooded with homeless people scrapping to get by. The state also cares more about banning plastic straws then acknowledging there is a homeless issue. Not only that but Charlotte would be deported asap because she's mexican
