What happened at the battle of spotsylvania and the battle of cold harbor?
stepan [7]
They were two of the early battles in Grant's Overland Campaign in Virginia. It launched in May 1864. They were both Confederate wins, though the first one has costed Lee his cavalry chief Jeb Stuart. The second was an expensive failure, and Grant gave up the idea of frontal assaults on Lee. He now crowded Lee into a corner at Petersburg- the long siege that eventually ended the war.

Sonbull [250]
<span>Isolationism was strong during the first half of 1930’s due to the series of events. Most Isolationist believed that the U.S. weapon market and business plotted and led the country into The Great Depression and joining the WWI. Adam Smith theory of the invisible hand was and each element of the hand . Do you agree with theory or not ?
MArishka [77]

Adam Smith implies with his theory of the invisible hand that each person moves selfishly within the economic area, however the individual riches also benefits the rest of the population.

I think the theory speaks of the trust that people deposit in moving within their own businesses, which is a good thing.
