1. Describe the works of Georgia O'Keeffe. What are some common themes and/or forms<br> in her work?
trapecia [35]

Answer:

Georgia O'keeffe (Sun Prairie,  1887 - Santa Fe, 1986) was an american artist, most known for her floral paintings.

Explanation:

Her common themes are flowers and nature. Many times her work was interpreted to have a sexual connotation, since the flowers she painted were similiar to women genitals, but she has denied this in several ocations. Her husband  Alfred Stieglitz was and art dealer and photographer, who took explicit and sensual photos of her which were thought to be the inspiration for her works as well. She also painted New York skyscrapers, and New Mexico landscapes.

Draw fanart of me, please
Lemur [1.5K]

I will gladly draw your character for you since I need something to occupy my time, however my tablet is charging and I won't be able to post a very high-quality image here or post a link.

If you can message Echolepzy on DeviantArt I can draw something later tonight and then send it to you there! I usually do paid commissions but, like I said, I need something to occupy my time. ^^'

Which artist cut his ear off?
marissa [1.9K]

Answer:

Vincent Van Gogh

Explanation:

...he cut off his ear. He suffered from psychotic episodes and delusions. He mostly concentrated on his mental health, neglecting his physical health. With that I mean he didn't eat properly or stayed very hydrated. He cut off his ear with a razor, in a rage, when he and Gauguin were having a confrontation (with a razor). This ended their friendship. Hope this helps :)
