There are lot of things which comes under national identity. for example: natural resources, cultural and religious heritages, ancient building,religions, civilizations etc.of a particular country's is a national identity of that country

These all things fall under national heritage as it represents a nation infront of other. In a simple way , anything which represents a particular country is believes to be the national heritage of that country. for instance; World highest peak Mt.Everest represents Nepal. So, we can assume Mt. Everest as a national heritage of nepal.

list of national heritages are

  1. Natural heritages
  2. Cultural heritages

3.Religious heritages.

likely, mountains, rivers , forest, rainforest, rivulets, ocean, lake, sea, garden , mountain range, etc falls under the natural heritage of a particular nation.

Particularly, Tradition, rites, ritual , race, language , festivals , customs symbolizes the cultural heritage of a particular country.

Whereas, ancient buildings,monuments,temples all those things related to a religion of particular country signifies religious heritage of a particular nation.
