Hopefully this helps answer your question, and if you need anymore clarification feel free to ask.

What is a right given to citizens that people have been talking about in the news?
blondinia [14]

Answer:

Not sure of this answer but I suppose it could have to do with mask wearing. There are constant talks about how much people have to contribute to the pandemic through social distancing, wearing masks, and doing our best to contribute to the global well-being. There is huge debate about whether low risk people really should be restricted or not. People are constantly questioning authority on this topic as well since thy are not sure who to believe. Just to clarify, the right given in this case, is our ability to still go outside our houses while wearing masks and not being extremely restricted.

To test whether a character is a numeric digit character, use the ________ function. isnumber notalpha isnumeric isdigit none of
notka56 [123]

Use the isdigit method to see if a character is a numeric digit character.

A positional numeral system uses a single symbol, a numerical digit, to represent numbers. It is frequently abbreviated to "only digit." Examples are "2" and "25." The word "digit" derives from the fact that the ten fingers (Latin: digiti) on each hand correspond to the ten symbols of the conventional base-ten numeric system, or decimal (Old Latin: decem, meaning "ten") digits.

The absolute value of the base determines the required numerical digit for a given numeral system with an integer basis. For instance, the base-10 decimal system requires ten digits (0 through 9), whereas the base-2 binary system only needs two digits (0 and 1).
