An increase in carbon in the atmosphere would likely be due to increased carbon dioxide gas resulting mainly from the burning of fossil fuels plus deforestation results in global warming. Global warming is causing glaciers to melt including both alpine glaciers like those in BC Canada and also continental glaciers like the ones in say, Greenland and Antarctica. The melting of glaciers will cause a rise in sea levels which can result in low-lying areas like the coast of North Carolina being inundated.

Explanation:

The question above refers to the mobilization of federal, state, local, territorial and tribal governments to solve structural problems created by natural disasters, terrorist attacks or any other human action that could harm the physical structure of the region. In situations like this, governments can look for economic and professional help to solve these problems. ArbitrLikvidat [17]
Hills are easier to climb than mountains. They are less steep and not as high. But, like a mountain, a hill will usually have an obvious summit, which is its highest point. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, there is no official difference between hills and mountains.
