Use proportions:
(7x-4)/31 = (4y+8)/24 = (y+2)/6
Multiply:
6*(7x-4) = 31*(y+2)---> 42x-24 = 31y+62 ---> 11y = 86, y = 86/11
I don;t like that is looks 'ugly', instead of sth like y = 88/11=8. I think 86/11 is the answer. Check the math! :)

V = 144π * 20
V = 2880π
The answer is therefore the third one down, 2880 π in³
