Well, he predicted what is going on with our economy nowadays. He said that if the people were to leave their destiny in the hands of the banks and their surrounding intuitions, the people would be disowned of their rights and freedom. Not a bad statement coming from a man who lived more than 200 years old.
There are many more things he could foresee, but this is very accurate in my opinion.

The answer would be true. The United States put forth this policy because after WWll we did not want anything else to happen like it did in Nazi Germany so in essence we became a policing country to try and stop any evils in the world. In this case the ultimate evil was Communism.
