Answer:

False

Explanation:

So, the way things were decided back when this case happened and the way things are decided now are very different. The supreme court said as long as no harm was being done and the facilities stayed the same like they were cleaned the same and maintained the same way then it was okay. However, they didn't and they technically didn't follow the 'rules' in the separate but equal decision

Hope this helps :3

Why did Bismarck choose Versailles as the place to officially declare the creation of the German Empire ?
Elena-2011 [213]
After the Franco-Prussian of 1871, Bismarck and his military presence marched in Paris and announced the German Empire's ambition and creation to Europe at Versailles. After winning a war against Emperor Napoleon III's Armies, Bismarck made sure that Germany was on the World Stage and was becoming a major power in Europe. It worked, as the defeated French start to grow sour relations with the Germans. The British, Russians and Austro-Hungarians start to take notice of the new mighty German Empire that Bismarck had carefully created through Blood and Steel.

How did the oil boom in Texas in the early 20th century big industry such as A argriculture timber and ranching
AleksAgata [21]

I'm not sure if this answers your problem, but the Texas oil boom, sometimes called the gusher age, was a period of dramatic change and economic growth in the U.S. state of Texas during the early 20th century that began with the discovery of a large petroleum reserve near Beaumont, Texas. The find was unprecedented in its size (worldwide) and ushered in an age of rapid regional development and industrialization that has few parallels in U.S. history. Texas quickly became one of the leading oil-producing states in the U.S., along with Oklahoma and California; soon the nation overtook the Russian Empire as the top producer of petroleum. By 1940 Texas had come to dominate U.S. production. Some historians even define the beginning of the world's Oil Age as the beginning of this era in Texas.
