Answer:
A. Non sequitur
Explanation:
Non Sequitur is a type of logical fallacy that forms a conclusion or response that is not logically connected to the previous statement.
From the example, Ever since the new casino opened unemployment in this city has gotten out of control , there is no logical connection between the increased unemployment in the city and the new casino.
There would have been a logical conclusion if the statement was written like this,
People who are caught gambling are fired, so since the new casino opened, the unemployment in the city has gotten out of control.

People who are caught gambling are fired is the premise and connects the next statements about unemployment rates increasing and the new casino in town.
Therefore, the logical fallacy that takes place is Non sequitur as it has no logical connection to the premise.
Answer:
The poem indeed is tricky.
The poem is writtern in first person which again raises a question whether the speaker is the poet himself or a character created for the purpose of the poem.
However the central theme of the poem is about making choices. The narrator comes to a split in the road and wishes to take both. Here the fork, the split signifies the choices that we have to make at some point or the other in our lives. One way looks as if it has been travelled frequently and is safer, easier route to continue. However the other one does not look like it has been frequently used and hence might be problematic.
He ends up by selecting the road less travelled and says that someday he will come back to travel the road not taken. Although he is quite uncertain of that possibility, yet he convinces himself to travel the road less travelled. He says that selecting that road has made all the difference to his life.
So the poet depicts the character of a person as-
Someone who thinks out of the box.
Someone who is renegade or a risk taker. What does not kill you, does not make you stronger.
A person seeking adventure.
Need of a challenge. The longing of the Frost to travel the less visited road demonstrates the need of a challenge in his life.
The philosopher Frost. The way he compares both the roads and feels sorry for the one he could not take. The sentence- ‘has made all the difference to my life’ says it all.

This would be done to present the topic of the book to the reader
Explanation:
The general reason for the use of a prologue or an introduction in any work of art is to present the topic of the book to the reader.
The theme of the book even if it is non fiction would be specific as it is in most of the books so it is better for the reader to have some idea of what they are going to get inside the book from the outset.
This only has to set their expectations in the broadest sense of it and not rally give away much about anything in the actual narrative
It's a formal communication channel
