Well,

He believed very firmly in the rights of the states and local governments to control the outcome of their own future through choice separate from federal government. George Wallace was spreading how he perceived the situation by pointing out that when the federal government removes citizen's rights, it is a gloomy day for local people who share the belief that they should determine their own moral issues or their own course of social justice.

What happens if the police illegally seize evidence in violation of the fourth amendment?
Tom [10]

In case that the police or any other authority proceeds against the right granted in the Fourth Ammendment, their findings, having been illegally obtained, can not be presented before any court as evidence against any individual, nor a judge could allow to have them as evidence in a trial, because this would ignore the Sixth Ammendment by violating the right to an impartial trial.

"Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life." Confucius
professor190 [17]

Answer:

The idea is that if you are doing what you love, it won't not be considered work, the philosophy comes from ancient Chinese sage Confucius, but the student considers this assertion anachronistic because job choice flexibility was sharply limited in the era of Confucius. This might affect someone's beliefs today because jobs today are still jobs. Even if you love it, there will be some downs and you are still working but s long as you love it, it won't seem as tedious.
