  • Turn of lights when people are not in the restaurant. This will reduce the electricity cost.

  • Abby can conserve water and dishwasher use. It cuts down on water usage, soap, and energy costs.

  • Publicize your restaurants in social media with add-ons and offers to attract people. More the people are aware about the restaurant, greater will be the number of people dining in.

  • Trim down some of the expensive items from the menu.
