Answer:  20 + 40 n ≥ 260  or n ≥ 6

Step-by-step explanation:

Since, The work by one part time worker = 20 person-hours per week.

And, the work by each full time worker = 40 person-hours per week.

Thus, the work by n full time worker = (40 n) person-hours per week.

If one part time worker and n full time worker are hired,

Then, the total work done = 20 + 40 n

According to the question,

20 + 40 n ≥ 260

Which is the required inequality,

By the above inequality,

40 n ≥ 260 - 20

⇒ 40 n ≥ 240

⇒ n ≥ 6
