How did the compromise of 1850 lead to the civil war??
ASHA 777 [7]
The Compromise of 1850 brought many good things for the North, but not for the South too. It prevented slavery from spreading, and protected slaves who ran away from their Southern masters, which obviously the South did not like. This was one of the reasons fro the Civil War between these two parts of America.

What was the foreign policy that America followed at the beginning of World War I? What
Brums [2.3K]

Answer:

America followed a neutral policy and was convinced that United States must stay away from the internal conflicts of Europe.

However, this stance weakened the European nations such as United Kingdom, France, Belgium agains the central powers. Without proper military and geopolitical support from the USA, the allies found it difficult to defeat the Germans, Austrians and the ottomans.
