Astrology is not a natural science and cannot be taken as truth. It alleges, that human affairs and terrestrial occurrences are connected with objects in the night sky (like stars).
Well I would personally say the engineering industry, as during the wartime technology needs to be developed/improved in order to defeat the opposing side.
