To improve your English it is recommendable to make the learning process your new hobby!

There are hundreds of websites where you can practice and clear doubts you may find every day, conversation clubs, etc.

Try to take advantage of your everyday activities to practice: if you like watching movies, do it in English; if you like listening to music, reading books, try to do it in English. Do whatever you like to do in the language and you’ll see how fast you improve.

What is the theme of the poem "choices" by nikki giovanni
Helen [10]
In the poem it talks about us as people not having the choices we think we should or believe we should have. My theme statement is that maybe sometimes what we expect we should have isnt always going to be for us .The poem talks about choices and on top of that going into further research, Giovanni created this poem right after her father died. The poem basically is saying that we don't have the choices we think we should have or believe but we know that life is short.

A major change to biographies that began in the 16th century was that they _____. a.began to portray their subjects as more huma
maw [93]
In my opinion, the correct answer is c. were published to be read by common people. The invention of the printing press a century earlier was the driving force of literacy, which was becoming more widespread than ever. Books were cheaper and affordable to members of the growing middle class. Also, the middle-class people started dictating the literary taste, so there was no need for employing sublime styles and topics that would appeal to the educated aristocracy. In the 16th century, Giorgio Vasari wrote his "Lives of the Artists" - an easily read and extremely interesting account on lives of secular people - the major artists of the age. This book quickly became a bestseller, which means it was read by common people.
